We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back.
You are eligible for a reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first thirty days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. We do not accept chewed, or obviously tampered with items.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and if approved process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your refund request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will exchange the item for a new one. Please email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process.
After you have submitted a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print this label and affix it to your return package.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
