Processing time refers to the time between a consumer purchasing a product and the company shipping the product. Processing time should not be confused with shipping time.
We will endeavour to post your requested items within 4 business days of receiving your order. "Personalised" items may take up to 1 day extra to be dispatched.
Be sure to add this duration to the shipping time estimates.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Pooche Supplies is committed to provide exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange for a full refund.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, particularly during busy promotional, holiday and sale periods we cannot guarantee dispatch times.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders are sourced and dispatched from our warehouses in the USA and shipped via USPS.
In case you order 2 or more items, you might receive a partial delivery as we currently ship from various warehouses. This may mean that some items arrive on different dates than others, as they are shipped from different locations.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping time refers to the time it will take for a customer’s order to arrive once it has been shipped and is in transit with the carrier.
Shipping charges for your order depend on location and weight and will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Order over $54 within the United States or international orders over $149 will qualify for free shipping when the Free Shipping option is selected during checkout.
The delivery time depends on the item and shipping location and may vary between 1 and 3 business days for standard shipping within the United States and 6 and 20 business days for international standard shipping.

We make our best efforts to deliver products within the time frames indicated. However, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery will be made within this time frame, due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, public holidays and customs inspections.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 days after your purchase has been shipped. All orders can be tracked conveniently on our website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pooche Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer such as but not limited to tariffs and taxes.
In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company, once Pooche Supplies has received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful customers will be offered either a full refund or replacement.
Please Note: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer by sending an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
